A delightful granite cottage situated in a tiny cobbled street, close to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and tranquillity.

 Accommodation comprises Ground Floor Small, sunny, sitting room, with television, stereo, coffee tables etc; large open-plan kitchen/dining room with table to seat eight comfortably, oil-fired central heating boiler, fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher.

 Second Floor Large converted loft with beams, panoramic views West across the town and out to sea (perfect for drinks at sundown!).  Comfortable wicker seating, small sofa, fridge and second sofa which can be converted to a double bed and a single 3 bed.  Second bathroom/WC and handbasin.

 Small, enclosed, garden with grass and paved sitting area.  Gate leads on to the lane.  Automatic washing machine and tumble drier are housed in a stone outbuilding.

 All in all, Sauchet Cottage is a delightful family-orientated Alderney cottage.
