CrÍve Coeur (unfinished)

CrÍve Coeur is probably the most varied and largest bouldering area in the island. It is situated on the western headland of La Jaonneuse Bay on the northwest coast (Perry's Guide P.xx Zxx)

To get there follow signs to Pembroke bay. From the Sablon D'Or kiosk follow the road past the Pembroke Bay hotel, then past the Martello tower on your left. Immediately in front of you is the Slipway onto La Jaonneuse Beach. Follow the road for another 30 m and park in the large(ish) gravel carpark overlooking the bay. If you get to the piles of earth on your right then you've gone too far. Walk along the dirt track around the left of the bay above the rocks for 150m then bear right to the headland. A good idea is to climb at Fort Pembroke at low tide, then move to Creve Coeur as the tide gets too high.

The Slab
